The Phone Shopper Program covers 3 months, and aims to measure, analyse and coach your front-office employees. Your own coach will then work closely with you to help you up-skill your employees in the areas they require.
To provide you with the best possible experience, we’ll provide you with two scheduled calls with a dedicated Prime Practice business management coach. Your coach will be able to assist you in assigning tasks and videos to watch for each individual front-office employee, for them to get the most out of the program.
Mystery Telephone Shopper Calls
During your 3 months in the program, you’ll be receiving regular, but random calls from potential clients. These individuals have been trained to assess your team members in a variety of subjects, and report back to your coach and you.
We’ve composed a series of videos to enable your team to grow at a tempo suited for each individual. These will be available online, so anywhere and at any time, to you and your team.
Best Practice Phone Skill Workshop*
To get you off to a perfect start, we highly recommend you send your front office employees to the Best Practice Phone Skills workshop. While not mandatory, this workshop will set you up for far greater success as it’ll prime your employees for the skills they’ll have to pick up along the way!
